I took a while building a Secrecy deck, but I'm glad I did as this was a lot of fun! Sporfindel feels fine to me here; hanging out with Hobbits makes sense as a means of drawing attention away from his Dark Lord-alarming identity! Also, Sam and Pippin for tag team of the game? They work so well together in secrecy. This deck was built with two potential problems in mind: questing and attack. The allies were chosen on this basis: many are either reasonable questers, such as Arwen Undómiel, Lindon Navigator and Robin Smallburrow or reasonable attackers, such as Harbor Master, Wandering Exile or Gandalf. Praising Gandalf seems superfluous, but feeling free to use him for his other enters play effects feels great. With Elrond's Counsel, The Galadhrim's Greeting, Elevenses and the Hobbit Pipe/Smoke Rings combo, it should be possible to stay in secrecy for a large part, if not all, of the quest. I managed to get along the Anduin below 20 threat for the duration. Once you have Resourceful attached, you can even come out of secrecy and still pay for its cards if you need to. That card also synergises nicely with Harbor Master, whose defensive ability actually works as you get them attached to multiple heroes. The fun of this deck is feeling furtive; you do have the impression of quietly building up a position against an apparently strong but oblivious staging area.
