This deck was built to be used in a fellowship with my all Events and All Attachments decks, but could probably function fine on its own. Ally swarm decks are quite viable, they just don't usually have only allies. Still I think this deck works pretty well. Especially if the Attachments deck slides any or all of Narya, Steward of Gondor, O Lórien!, and The Elvenking over here. King Under the Mountain too but that one could also go on Bifur to help dig out more attachments.
Most allies are straightforward to understand, loads of dwarves for Dáin to boost and loads of silvans for Thranduil to drag in. Faramir makes your questing power obscene if you get him out, and he and his gondor friends can be searched out via Soldier of Gondor. Meanwhile, Ceorl, Snowbourn Scout, and Westfold Horse-breaker are here for their useful effects and to give Astonishing Speed from the Events deck targets. Ceorl and Wandering Took can both be passed to other players which makes them excellent for helping the other 2 decks should they need an emergency chump block. Glorfindel is a great target for Narya plus can be played from the discard pile. And Gandalf is just here to make sure the dwarves and elves get along.
