I'm gonna be honest, I wrote the deck descriptions on the other 2 decks in this fellowship first and completely forgot what some of these cards were in here for. Like Heir of Mardil for example. Maybe it's meant to played on Círdan so you can ready him for Narya after questing by triggering the Steward of Gondor that goes on him? That makes sense maybe. Other cards are meant to be played cross table, although some dubiously. Take Song of Wisdom for example. In theory you play it on the Events deck so they can pay for their events better. I know, counter intuitive considering the whole point of that deck is Justice Shall Be Done, but think of the sick Gandalf's Search you could facilitate yo.

Anyways, there's a lot this deck wants to do: slap down restricted attachments to flip the contract, get Celebrían's Stone on Aragorn to get out your cards and then Ring of Barahir to boost his HP I guess, send cards to the Allies deck, and generally make you question its existence.

I don't remember who exactly the restricteds go on, besides the obvious ones. Some of them can absolutely be played on the heros of the Allies deck if your heros are full or you don't want them. Or you can replace the ones you don't want on your full heros. Or you can chuck 'em to Protector of Lórien for benefits. I'm not personally invested in the Citadel Plate and its fate in this deck after all.

Is this a lot of setup to get cards? Yeah. It can be made easier by the Event deck passing card draw this way, or by playing King Under the Mountain on Bifur. Of course both of those things could go to the Allies deck also to help it spam allies at an even greater rate, but the choice is yours. Unexpected Courage is definitely worth the effort though, even if Ring of Barahir isn't. You've even got Narvi's Belt to help pay for stuff, again assuming you don't want that on Dáin in the other deck. Perhaps if you've already gotten the Stewardship bestowed on our resident Shipwright.

You can probably figure out what goes on the Allies deck. It's mostly self explanatory. I still don't remember exactly who some of these cards are in here for such as Magic Ring and Self Preservation. Of course this assumes you are going to play these ridiculous decks to begin with, when I'm not even sure I will lol.
