If you're playing this deck in a fellowship, how does this deck keep Frodo? Or does Frodo get passed around from player to player and you only play the cards when you control him?

I had got no idea Frodo cycled around. It doesn’t say anything on his card. If so, I guess that would make sense. Our group is playing through the base game right now, so we haven’t gotten to the newer Spheres of Influence to know how they really work.
