solid for rco-gondor (+eowyn) i would neverthelass make some minor adjustments:

add more weapons and Foe-hammer because carddraw except of Rod of the Steward and Valiant Sacrifice is not there

so i would add about 5 of Spear of the Mark War Axe and perhaps 1 Valiant Sword

would discard for that 2 Round Shield 2 Bywater Shirriff and 1 more tactically (perhaps Azain Silverbeard and/or Rúmil both are expensive and not soo good in this gondortheme)

then, would think about Visionary Leadership much gondorcharacters there and of course the son of Denethor, Faramir

if you have difficulties about discardeing cards, i rate Foe-hammer if weapons are availaible as more valuable than Valiant Sacrifice specially if you do not want to loose allies.

if acces to ld then the Sneak Attack + Gandalf als almost allways a budd to a deck (that not uses contracts)

I have a non-RCO tactics only deck with warrior sword/war axe foe hammer, I decided not to do this here because foe hammer requires a hero to weild a weapon and kill enemies and these heroes are here for questing, not killing ;). Valiant Sacrafice works great with Westfold Lancer, Meneldor, Elfhelm and Riddermark Knight. There's plenty of card draw here between Valiant Sacrafice, Legolas and Rod of the Steward (trust me, Rod of the Steward + Steward of Gondor + Denethor giving the resource will give you plenty of cards to play).

Faramir is not here because I don't want to have expensive leadership cards in this deck, Denethor gives all his resources to Hirgon, he doesn't have time to save up for Faramir ;).

i think i understand your point (but might disagree ;)) , but even then i would think, Visionary Leadership would be of use and perhaps also the Celebrían's Stone

and the combo Gandalf + Sneak Attack is also.

I don't have enough Gondor characters here to warrant including Visionary Leadership (I think). And those who have a gondor trait are here to fight, not quest (the only exceptions are Hirgon and Angbor, but in this case I'm paying 2 resources for +2 willpower and I can't spend the last resource on the hero I'm having VL on. In this case I prefer to just include another ally or two ;).

As for Gandalf + Sneak attack, it's old and good combo, but after so many plays I'm kind of tired of it. I don't think it's really needed for this deck to work ;).
