You can build this deck with only the Revised Core Set and Angmar Awakened Hero Expansion pack.
Sideboard: If you wanted to "cheat into play" some hero healing options, add Daughter of the Nimrodel and play her from discard using Stand and Fight.
Remember to use Tale of Tinúviel AFTER you declare attacker or defender, this way he will be ready and boosted for a second use.
