It must be a bit old. But i remember this deck runs very well and it is focused around the forgotten Harbor Master ally. The plan is simply: each round at least you win 3 resources by card effects, then Harbor Master + Brand defends without any problems. Sometimes the game can be not good because you are dependant of some cards. 3 stars in my ratting.
