A deck designed to recur Tale of Tinúviel as many times as possible. Between Galadhrim Weaver and Dwarven Tomb you should be able to play Tale of Tinuviel at least 5 times. The deck can quest fairly well, especially if you get Glorfindel and some Wellinghall Preservers out early. Combat is handled by Aragorn (Who you should have +4 to all of his stats thanks to Tale of Tinuviel) with some help from Quickbeam, and Treebeard if neccessary. Location control is provided by Rhovanion Outrider. If you can get Tale of Tinúviel in your starting hand that's great, but don't play it until you have either a Galadhrim weaver or dwarven tomb in your hand as well. If you don't get Tale of Tinuviel in your starting hand Nenya, Mirror of Galadriel, and Silver Harp are all decent.

This idea has intrigued me but I haven't built for it yet. What have you tested it against?

@finbarfen I have tested it against some of the saga quests and it did pretty well (These I played with two other people). It also did decent against the first two quests of the Grey Havens box, but it struggled against the last one. I managed to beat the three trials quest on my second try with this deck though. I'm planning to try it against The Stewards Fear and the Treachery of Rhudaur later this week so we'll see how that goes.

As Aragorn ist your main Defender, I recommend #A Burning Brand. Can be played with the help of Arwen on your first turn, negate shadow-cards for the rest of the game and even drop Hasty Stroke.

Also, #Map of Earnil is excellent for your deck, as you can recycle your key cards not merely 5 times, but infinitely.

@Taurelin How did I miss A Burning Brand! I agree it would fit nicely into this deck. Map of Earnil, while it would allow you to recur Tale of Tinúviel more often, would not let you recur it indefinitely as you have to discard it after use.

You need Dwarven Tomb, additionally, and an empty deck, of course, which happens quite frequently in longer games. Here is the trick (thx to @13nrv):

First have an empty deck.

1) Play a map of earnil on a dwarven tomb to retrieve a spirit card

2) Dwarven tomb goes to the bottom of your empty deck

3) Draw a card (Galadriel, Planning phase, Elven Light etc ...) which is Dwarven tomb

4) Play Dwarven tomb on Map of Earnil

5) Play Map of Earnil

6) Go back to one

Of course, the Map costs more in your deck than it would in Caldara, fpr example, but the recursion is quite worth it.

That's a neat combo I'll have to incorporate into a later version. thanks for sharing it!

More Jank I know but Sword Thain on Glorfindel would help with the Map of Earnil cost and allow you to put Asfaloth in the deck for even more location control.

Between Aragorns threat reset and Galadriel you can probably lose the Councils of Elrond to free up some space also.

@kypatzer I would suggest swapping out all of the Hasty Strokes for A Burning Brands and all of the Elrond's Counsels for Map of Earnils.
