With Bilbo Baggins there is a high card draw - necessary to get the Song of Kings and Steward of Gondor. These are necessary to get a lot of resources in the sphere. Radagast can be helpful for eagle cards and for healing the wounded eagle. This deck is made for The Journey to Rhosgobel, one with a lot of terrible treachery cards. Eleanor is there for this reason only.
