A couple of decks have been published that use Háma and Wait no Longer to control questing. This one combines this with Faramir and Ents. It is designed for multiplayer.
Strategy: Mulligan for Legolas or Weapon/Foe-hammer to draw cards. Some ressource generation (Treebeard, Steward of Gondor) and a Song of Wisdom is also nice.
Once you covered this basics, the fun really begins. With Wait no Longer you can engage an additional enemy and ready two Ents per round. Mablung becomes with Gondorian Shield/A Burning Brand/Spear of the Citadel/Dúnedain Signal a strong defender for the whole board, while Faramir is, boosted by Sword of Númenor, mainly used for (ranged) attacks.
