Quest with your heroes, boosted by Théoden, generate and save Ressources with Mablung and Hirgon, and play down all this expensive tactics allies that will handle all combat for you. The only really key card is Legolas, because otherwise you have problems with card draw, so mulligan for him or [Gather Information](/card/09014.
