oh look another outlands deck, wow. but wait its actually something i want to talk about. everyone gets angry or upset when someone sits down to play with a powerful deck, like dwarves or outlands or silvan. i dont play to wini play to have fun, and those decks are that in the simplest way of saying it. outlands gives an enjoyable deck that is a strong deck.

strategy dump your hand of allies out onto the table and have fun. p.s. use squire to chump to ready imrahil especially if he has prince of dol amroth

mulligan always go for lord of morthond or steward

see its simple!! now have fun as i do with this deck before you trash it.

What about Denethor instead of Balin?

Well balin gives access to a higher starting willpower and gives access to King Under the Mountain which provides great card draw. Also is ability can be a life saver. I think in multiplayer denethor would do fine but I mostly play solo, and I just think King Under the Mountain makes running the deck that much smoother. It helps find the cards you need and gets rid of the ones you don't want. I prefer that over the starting money usually cause I'd rather have that resource advancement on Hirluin the Fair in the first few turns. Especially if I don't pull steward, I can't move the resources to Hirluin the Fair, another card (Steward of Gondor) that is easier to get to if you have King Under the Mountain. I do like denethor, but I just think he is a little lackluster here.
