This is my progression series decklist for the second and third quest of The Voice of Isengard.
Look for Light of Valinor and Keys of Orthanc early, use Doomed aggressively, and try to play around mass damage treacheries. A Burning Brand, Protector of Lórien and Unexpected Courage are best used on Aragorn.
Used for Nightmare Hills of Emyn Muil without alteration.
