Intended for solo play against Escape from Dol Guldur. It doesn't work well enough by itself, but it plays its role when played with 2 players, at least when Denethor is the prisoner.
It's built around cheaper allies, so as to support the possibly only 2 heroes, and strength (Gimli, Dwarven Axe; Blade of Gondolin,…), so as to handle bigger beasts like the Nazgûl, etc.
