Hi ! New fun deck with weird trio : Gandalf Sméagol Elrond
It relies on the combo Wizard Pipe Vilya to set up the ents and high cost cards in the early game and then Wizard Pipe + Flame of Anor for heavy strikes with Gandalf.
Average strengh deck in solo but particulary devastating in duo with Dunedain deck for instance.
Perfect first hand :
- Vilya
- Wizard Pipe
- Steward of Gondor (usually on Elrond)
- Treebeard
- Elrond's Counsel
- A Test of Will
I play Beorn because I can play him for free with Vilya and then strike with him before shufflling him into my deck and repeting this operation until the end of times ( :^) ) (I play him x2 because sometimes I need to discard him to strike with Flame of Anor)
I also play with The Storm Comes to use Gandalf ressources in a more efficient way aswell as A Good Harvest. A great combo is to use Narya to ready 2 Ents just played and boost them (and then ready Gandalf with Shadowfax or Flame of Anor)
Nothing more to say. I use Rumour from the Earth and pay 1 early until I play Henamarth Riversong And I keep A Test of Will for both stinks treason card preventing smeagol to become gollum.
