This deck is all about the drawing and discarding cards.
Arwen Undómiel synergizes well with Elven-light, allowing for an extra card every turn, paid for by her innate ability. Paired with Galdor of the Havens, you'll get 2 cards.
Try to get Silver Harp out as soon as you can, to return discards to your hand. An extra copy of this could easily be slipped into the deck.
You'll have plenty of cards to pay your discard costs with when using Ancient Mathom, The Long Defeat, Daeron's Runes, and Erestor.
Of course, you'll want to get Asfaloth and Light of Valinor on Glorfindel ASAP. As well as Vilya on Elrond. Playing Gildor Inglorion as early as you can will maximize Elrond's utility, particularly as you should have no trouble keeping a very large hand.
Save your Elven Jeweler's for emergency blockers in the combat phase. Wait until your board is built out to punch Lords of the Eldar for a big turn, and save Will of the West for when most of your cards are in your hand or discard to reset your deck.
