strategy:

• mulligan for Vilya as usual, do not panic if you do not get it there are much more fine options
• 1 Zigil Miner use Gildor Inglorion before mining, so you can order the top 3 cards of your deck and get better results in mining and get faster through your deck to get the important cars. this is specially good if you have a Hidden Cache in hand that can be put on top with Gildor Inglorion. as soon you have Vilya AND a Zigil you made full use of Gildor Inglorion
• Master of the Forge help you to get Vilya faster and other attachments too (Glorfindel loves his horse)
• Imladris Stargazer helps you also to find Vilya faster and you ca order your deck 2 times in a round. if only 1 time is needed, Gildor Inglorion can be used for questing and/or defend
• get all heroes a Cloak of Lórien start with Elrond he get all the Unexpected Courage
• Light of Valinor for Glorfindel is obvious
• Lembas default on Elrond if no other is wounded
• Warden of Healing autoinclude with Elrond playing solo you might not need 3 of them

benefits of this version:

• you and other player of your fellowship can use Gandalf prefer put him into play with Vilya
• start with low thread for a Vilya-deck
• can excange and order top of your deck, from the start (hero Gandalf needs his Wizard Pipe

flaws:

• less startingwillpower if Gildor Inglorion use his ability
• no permanent look at the top card of your deck
• no play from the top once per phase

in solo not so much lacationcontrol is needed, replace either Northern Tracker or Rhovanion Outrider with cards that are more needed, in multiplayer specially with 3 or 4 player keep it
