the most important decision is at the start. wich default 1-cost attachment you will take?
it depends on your startinghand:
- if you have a Song of Battle or Rivendell Minstrel, choose Strider
- if you have strider, choose a song
- if you have none, decide, if you have many ld-cards, and need much wp from the start, chose strider, else a song
- if you have strider and a song or minstrel then choose the Golden Crown
following rounds, as long as you have no song, you have to decide what non-spherecard you want to play first in the round. in most cases i recomand the order:
Rivendell Minstrel => Deep Knowledge => courage/tactictaeagle with an exception, if a Eagles of the Misty Mountains is playable, do it.
the mainbenefit of having ld is you can play A Very Good Tale Captain's Wisdom and Sneak Attack in whatever order you want and in the same round, that might get you haf of your allies.
with a Song of Battle and Captain's Wisdom its possible to play an Eagles of the Misty Mountains round 1
