default attachment is Lord of Isengard, with it you hopefully find quickly the Palantir if it is not in your startinghand.

having both, search the Saruman's Staff out and have fun with doomed. next artifact to search is the Magic Ring and then start to search for allies.

the allies are thematic and some of them with doomed shenanigans. with Saruman's Staff and the Tower of Orthanc you can even make it multiplayer playable. (specially if someone has the Castellan Wilhelm around)

playing multiplayer add the 3. Legacy of Númenor and reduce 1 Keys of Orthanc with The Grey Wanderer the Legacy of Númenor is not so effective, in solo, perhaps reduce even to 0 and add the remaining 2 Far-sighted

draw ent-cards with Entmoot

if something goes wrong, ther is your Word of Command of command to set things right (mainly go for the 2 spells)

Jul 02, 2025Yeah, I would say Resourceful is better than Keys of Orthanc except for the fact that you will leave secrecy quickly. |
perhaps it is better to replace 2 Keys of Orthanc with 2 Resourceful
