base-idea is not bad, but to step up tpp high-end greywanderer (like hirluin, elrond, gandalf, or beravor) there is some work to do.

yes you can go to "i can everything" but if you do not make it in time it is not much worth.

• your deck lacks carddraw. with your startinghand and 1 card per round you need forever to make some real impact.

• the usual autoincludes are missing too (at least Resourceful and Timely Aid ofc you need more allies for that)

• if going on songs (only way to play Steward of Gondor what is mandatory for that strategy ) i strongly recommand 3 Rivendell Minstrel

• the deck lacks willpower to be succesfully alone. with the 5 from start and 1 arwen and perhaps 4 from attachments its not enough to make some tougher quests.

• carddraw can be made easily with some Foe-hammer and 3 Gandalf

• better questing can be done with some wp-tactic-allies like Pippin, Grimbold, Beechbone and spiritallies Galadriel's Handmaiden , Rhovanion Outrider

• because you want to go Song of Kings the Sneak Attack is effective (specially with Gandalf)

if you consider my proposals then you have enough allies, that Timely Aid is worth it.

to make room for it, remove many of the uneffective atachments.

• you have 1 readying from contract and go unexhausted into quest, what are the 9 cards to refresh for? reduce it to 3
• you need no Secret Vigil you start with 13 thread and (if follow my ideas) have Galadriel's Handmaiden and your include from the start Elrond's Counsel
• Fair and Perilous how many trolls will you kill? properly equipped he has attack of at least 11 against unique, + Gondorian Fire is that not enough?
• ofc he needs the right weapons, so, War Axe, Dagger of Westernesse and your allready included Rivendell Blade imo Gondorian Fire is overkill at least only needed once (with increased carddraw not so hard to find)

it would make your live easier, if you give him the The One Ring and then Inner Strength (as default) and perhaps if really needed Strength and Courage if doing so, you can descard Gondorian Fire and Fair and Perilous completely

• Will of the West you have why? you will never ever go through your deck, so i see no use of that.

I don't see as a good idea to spend 3 slots in songs for just 1 card.

I can see the reason for the Song of Travel, as you'll probably want to play some of your spirit events later in the round (or even the Blood of Númenor in the same round as the Steward). But the Song of Kings is too much (imho).

Did you consider A Good Harvest? You will be able to play the Steward of Gondor and also Arwen Undómiel, or any other spirit card, without any song.
